Requirement
Any Graduate/10+ 2
1+ years of working experience, preferably in Customer Relation/ Customer Service preferably in Retail / Financial Services Industry, with proficiency in Excel and MIS
Should know
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Digitally savvy
Expectation
Day to Day work will include: -–
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for insights on product acceptability and usage
- Make pitch calls to prospects, during new product launches/schemes and offerings, make pitch calls to prospects
- Enter insights for each call in the database
Analyze and suggest solutions / ideas on increasing the customer reach
